Our CNA to HHA Transition Program is designed specifically for Certified Nursing Assistants who want to expand their credentials and work in home care settings. The course is completed in 11–13 days, depending on the schedule, and builds upon your existing CNA knowledge while focusing on the additional skills and responsibilities required for home health care.

The total cost of the Transition Program is $800. To enroll, you pay $50 for registration, and the remaining $750 is divided into two payments of $375 during the course.

No, our course is not free. The total fee is $800, which includes registration and tuition. You pay $50 for registration and the remaining $375 on the first day of class. Then $375 halfway of the course.
You do not receive your license immediately after completing the course. It can take up to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) for your official certification to be issued.
Yes, for the HHA you must have a physical exam(we provide the form) and high school diploma/GED is not required to enroll in the HHA program, making it accessible for anyone interested in starting a healthcare career quickly.
You can submit your documents to us, and we will review them for completeness. If anything is missing, we will guide you on what steps to take. If you have all required documents, including our form, we will accept them. Please note: if you have all results but not our specific form, the physical or related document will not be accepted.

NOT PROBLEM AT ALL! In LTS we believe that everyone deserve the same opportunities. If you did not finish high school or completed it in another state, you can take the Wonderlic exam, which serves to meet the requirement.
If you finished high school in another country, we provide an affidavit (sworn statement) that you can take to a notary to confirm that you completed high school, even if you do not have the diploma. This allows you to meet the eligibility requirements for our programs.
